On the GLA X156, a compact SUV with a more upright driving position than the sedans in the lineup, these paddle shifters replace the gear-change controls on the back of the steering wheel. Only this area is modified; the automatic transmission, electronic controls, and dashboard remain unchanged.

Installation involves removing the original paddle shifters and fitting the new ones in their place, with no work on mechanical or electronic systems.

The GLA X156 is not always equipped with factory paddle shifters depending on trim level. Confirm that your vehicle has them before ordering, then verify the match with your model year (2014 to 2020) using the compatibility table on the product page.
