Installation uses the existing paddle mounts with no need to remove the steering wheel or touch the wiring harness.

Two things to check before ordering: confirm your Q5 has an automatic or dual-clutch transmission, without which these paddles serve no purpose, and verify the exact version of your vehicle, as this “Performance” part coexists with a standard version for the Q5 in the lineup.
