Unlike the exposed carbon fiber mirror caps offered for the same generation, this gloss black finish produces a more subtle effect on a dark body color or a sharp contrast on a lighter shade. These A3 8P mirror caps change the appearance of the mirrors without affecting their wiring, mechanics, or any functions that may be integrated into the housing.

Replacement is done by unclipping the factory mirror caps and snapping the new ones into place, with no special tools required in most cases.
