On the W166, the entire front grille is replaced: the Panamericana AMG GTR vertical-bar pattern takes the place of the factory grille on this SUV. The mechanical components, engine cooling, and safety equipment are unchanged by this purely cosmetic replacement.

The part substitutes the factory grille and installs on the existing front bumper mounting points.
