BMW 6 Series E64 parts

Elevating the E64 convertible without disrupting its visual balance

The E64 convertible shares its architecture with the E63 but has its own identity, shaped by its soft top and the way its lines evolve once the roof is lowered. Reworking the front grille with a design that brings the double kidney look into a sportier form strengthens the car's presence both at a standstill and in motion. Logos and emblems take care of the details that catch the eye at first glance.

On the multimedia side, integrating a CarPlay module into a convertible extends the driving experience: voice navigation, music, hands-free calls, everything is accessible without taking your eyes off the road, even with the top down.

Which BMW 6 Series E64 parts are available and how do you find your way around?

Parts available for the E64 are organized into three categories: grilles, logos and emblems, and CarPlay and multimedia. This is a coherent set for anyone who wants to work on the front end and enrich the on-board experience of their BMW 6 Series E64 convertible.

Make sure to distinguish the E64 from the E63 when ordering: same generation, but different body styles. The chassis code on your registration document removes any doubt. Certain exterior parts such as the grille are not interchangeable between the two versions, so this check is essential.

How do you modernize the multimedia system of a BMW 6 Series E64 without replacing the original screen?

A compatible CarPlay module integrates into the original on-board system and adds full smartphone connectivity: you keep the screen and the iDrive interface while gaining access to your phone's applications. It is a targeted upgrade that transforms the driving experience without touching the dashboard architecture.
