The high-performance expression of the 5 Series, the F90 M5 is built to combine power, versatility, and driving pleasure in equal measure, whether on daily roads or on track. The BMW 5 Series F90 parts available here are for those who want to refine the driver's cockpit and tailor every detail to their driving style.

Refining the cockpit of the BMW 5 Series F90 M5

The F90 M5 is built around the driving experience above all else. Its driver-focused cabin and multiple driving modes create an environment that can be further personalized with the right parts. A replacement or upgraded steering wheel changes the feedback, grip, and aesthetics of the driving position in a single step. The Start/Stop deactivation module addresses a recurring request among sport drivers: eliminating the automatic engine shut-off that interrupts the driving dynamic during active use or frequent stops at traffic lights in the city.

Choosing between a steering wheel and Start/Stop deactivation for BMW 5 Series F90 parts

The catalog dedicated to the F90 is precise: two references, two categories, two distinct uses. The steering wheel is for those looking to enrich the driving feel and personalize the aesthetics of the cockpit. The Start/Stop deactivation is more relevant for drivers who use their M5 in the city or in intensive sport driving and want to be free from the automatic cycle at every startup. These two modifications are independent and perfectly complementary. Before confirming your order, check your chassis code: configuration variants exist within the F90 generation and not all references necessarily cover every version.

How to permanently disable Start/Stop on a BMW M5 F90 without it reactivating at every startup?

This is the main purpose of the deactivation modules dedicated to this generation: unlike the factory button which re-enables Start/Stop at every new cycle, these devices memorize the preference and keep the engine running continuously without any manual input at each startup.
