BMW 1 Series Body Kits

Compact yet assertive, the 1 Series has never needed much to stand out in traffic. BMW 1 Series body kits go in that direction: a front lip that plants the front end to the ground, side skirts that tighten the profile, a subtle spoiler or a more pronounced diffuser depending on the level of aggression you are after.

From 139,00 € to 209,00 € depending on the finish.

The chassis code is on your vehicle registration document. It alone determines compatibility: two vehicles of the same model may not take the same parts depending on their year and phase.

BMW 1 Series Body Kits: Asserting the Sporty Character of the Compact

The 1 Series is BMW's compact by definition, built for driving. A body kit reinforces this identity visually without changing anything under the hood. The front lip accentuates the air intakes and pulls the eye down on the front end; the side skirts add substance to the profile; the spoiler or rear diffuser completes the signature. M Performance codes run through every part, a direct translation of the kidney grille and taut lines that have defined the 1 Series from the start.

The F40, with its front-wheel-drive architecture and redesigned front end, changes the styling equation: kits for this generation adapt to a silhouette that differs from the F20.

Which Reference to Choose Based on Your 1 Series Generation

BMW 1 Series body kits cover three generations: E82 (1 reference), F20 (3 references), and F40 (3 references). The E82 is the two-door coupe; its parts are specific to that body style and do not apply to the five-door compacts. The F20 and the F40 share the same commercial name but are architecturally different vehicles: their kits are not interchangeable.

On certain references, the treatment of the air intakes or the style of the diffuser varies to match M Sport or standard trim levels. Identify your generation via the chassis code, available in field D.2 of your registration document.

Are Body Kits for the 1 Series F40 the Same as Those for the F20?

No. Even though both carry the 1 Series name, the F40 is built on a different architecture and features a redesigned front end with an enlarged kidney grille. The bumper templates, mounting points, and body lines diverge enough for the parts to be entirely specific to each generation. Make sure to verify the generation code on your registration document before selecting your kit.
