Description

Unlike replacement head units, this unit sits between the factory screen of the 5 Series F10 and the existing iDrive system to add Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The factory display, iDrive menus, and steering wheel controls are retained; only the multimedia source is expanded.

The unit connects to the existing infotainment system, without removing the factory head unit.

Compatibility depends closely on the iDrive version and screen type fitted to your F10, both of which evolved throughout production. Before ordering, refer to the compatibility table on this page to verify this information.
