Yes. Mirror cap compatibility depends on the chassis (F40 in this case), not on the engine designation or M variant. The M135i xDrive and all other F40 variants share the same mirror housing. The only thing to check is whether your stock mirror has a side turn signal or not, since some caps include that cutout and others do not.
