The parking brake handle refreshes the look of this center console control on the W166. It does not affect the braking mechanism or any other interior component.

Removing the old handle comes before fitting the new part, by unclipping or unscrewing depending on the fastener on your vehicle.

Before ordering, verify that your W166 is equipped with a mechanical parking brake lever. If your vehicle has an electronic parking brake, this part will not be suitable. Refer to the compatibility chart on the product page.
