On the Golf 6, these LED taillights fully replace the factory units and change both the visual appearance and the lighting technology. The front end, interior equipment, and mechanical systems of the vehicle are not affected.

Removing the factory lights and fitting the new units uses the original mounting points and electrical connector.

Before ordering, confirm that your Golf 6 has not already had its lights modified to replace the factory optics, as compatibility is defined for the original positions. Check the compatibility table to confirm fitment with your body version.
