Shipping and returns

Shipping Times

Parts are shipped directly by our suppliers, from their warehouses located outside France. The lead time is the same for every item, and we announce it before purchase rather than after.

• Delivery time: allow 7 to 14 days between your order and delivery. This time covers sourcing from the manufacturer and shipping.
• Estimated date: each product page displays the date range corresponding to your order.

An order with several items may arrive in several parcels, as each supplier ships its own parts, at no extra charge.

Shipping Costs and Zones

Free shipping, with no minimum order, to metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Italy. No charges are added at checkout.

For Switzerland, Swiss VAT and any customs clearance fees may be collected by the carrier on delivery: they are not included in the displayed price.

Receiving Your Package

Check the condition of the package in front of the delivery person. In case of visible damage, refuse it or note precise reservations on the delivery slip, then contact us within forty-eight hours. Reservations such as “subject to unpacking” are not enforceable against the carrier.

Returns

You have thirty days from the date of receipt to return an item, instead of the fourteen days required by law.

To be accepted for return, the item must be complete, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A part that has been installed, drilled, painted, cut, or had its protective film removed can no longer be sold and therefore cannot be returned.

How to Proceed

1. Email contact@nerokit.com with your order number and the relevant reference.
2. We will reply within one business day with the steps to follow, and the return label when shipping is at our expense.
3. The refund is issued within fourteen days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Unsure About Compatibility

Contact us before ordering, with the make, model, year of first registration, and chassis code of your vehicle. If in doubt, include the VIN from your registration document (field E): it removes any ambiguity. We would rather spend ten minutes checking than handle a return.
