The E-Class W212, produced between 2009 and 2015, receives a grille here with a Panamericana vertical-bar pattern, a style that contrasts sharply with the factory grille of this generation. It replaces the front fascia part without modifying the bumper, lights, or vehicle structure.

It installs as a direct replacement for the factory part, after removing the original.
